My story

I believe that life isn’t about where we start, but where we choose to go.

My personal journey wasn’t always easy. I used to feel lost and found myself making choices that didn’t serve me well. It took me a long time to find my place in the world.


Somewhere, deep inside me I found my inner resilience and determination, and in time I learned to truly believe in myself. 


Through my professional life, I was lucky enough to discover self-development, and it opened my eyes to something powerful: each and every one of us is more than the cards we were dealt. 


This realisation eventually led me to train as a hypnotherapist.


I truly believe that we all hold incredible potential inside us. Sometimes it’s buried beneath negative patterns or old stories we tell ourselves, but it’s always there, waiting to be unlocked. Hypnotherapy is one way to access that potential — helping us release what no longer serves us, and move towards the life we want.


We are all more than the sum of our parts. With the right support, change is possible — it would  be an honour to walk alongside you on your journey of discovery.
